Blake was recommended to us for a development project a few years back, and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and kept us well informed through the process. With his guidance, we hit the scheduling milestones and stayed on the budget with very few surprises. Blake was generally well informed and well prepared to navigate through city planning and local regulations. Any/all interactions with the city went smoothly, and the project finished just as expected. For all the reasons noted above, we hired Blake and his team again for another project that is currently wrapping up, and showing a similar result. We will certainly expect to use his services again in the future, and have no problem recommending him to others.

We have worked with the team at Lawson for the last 6+ years and are still working with Lawson Engineering on our current projects. The team at Lawson are extremely professional and always available to respond to issues as they come up. I would highly recommend the services of Lawson Engineering.

Lawson Engineering Ltd. were a welcome partner on the Enderby-Splatsin Riverwalk Trail Extension & Enhancement Planning Project which included both upgrade enhancements, lighting options, and a new section of rail-trail engineering design. The Lawson team provided timely, thorough, and practical design solutions. They also worked well with our inter-jurisdictional advisory team of Splatsin and Enderby leadership.

Since starting my development I have dealt with Blake Lawson and Al Waters. They are both great guys and deal with and are very knowledgeable in all aspects of City bylaws and permits required. They are more than helpful in keeping my project moving forward. I can’t thank them enough for how helpful they are in dealing with critical situations as with complaints and contractor issues. All I can say is they are great people to work with.

Our Hillcrest Heights project went wire to wire with virtually no hiccups or surprises, and moreover, we are very pleased with both Blake and Alistair [and the team] for going beyond the scope at times to see things through. As both Jim and I have other full-time jobs, we found it very helpful to know we were in good hands, and during the course of this project we gained the utmost confidence in Blake.

School District # 19 (Revelstoke) has used Lawson Engineering Ltd. on three different projects. We have found them to be professional, knowledgeable about local and provincial regulations, responsive and very helpful. The district was very impressed with their work on our first project so as a result they were used on two more projects. They provided a high level of service on all three projects.  We have no problem highly recommending Blake and his staff for any type of engineering and development projects.

I have had the pleasure of working with Blake Lawson and Alistair Waters at Lawson Engineering Ltd. on several occasions. They deliver a quality package in a timely, professional manner. Always helpful and make themselves available for communications throughout the planning and execution of the project. Lawson Engineering Ltd. is a ‘go to choice’ for Civil Design and Project Execution.

Mt. Ida Nursery Ltd. has been in operation since 2017 and Lawson Engineering Ltd. has been a crucial part of both the planning and development of the operation. From the original topographical survey in 2015 to the construction in 2016 and beyond; Lawson Engineering Ltd. has been diligent, punctual, professional and accommodating through the entire project. So much of the work done on the front end of a project is critical to its success and Lawson Engineering Ltd. never fails to deliver in the high quality of service that they provide. They helped develop the plan for the site and were there for entirety of its implementation over the last 4 years.
