MUNDI HOTEL – OLIVER, BC

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for a Coast Hotel in Oliver, BC. Engineering consulting services were provided in 2017 / 2018 by the Lawson team. The project included significant consideration for grading through-out the parking and to accommodate the flood plain elevations in the area. Lawson also prepared site servicing, site grading, storm water management, erosion and sediment control plans for the construction of this 90 Unit hotel. In addition to the design, Lawson provided our client with topographic survey, tendering, contract administration, construction inspection and record documentation for all civil aspects of this project. This project was completed in partnership with the Mundi Hotel Enterprises Inc. and Horizon North teams.
