BC HOUSING – SUPPORTIVE HOUSING APARTMENTS – NORLAND AVENUE – BURNABY, BC

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for a 52-unit supportive housing apartment in Burnaby, BC that was completed in September 2019. Engineering consulting services were provided in 2018/ 2019 by the Lawson team. Lawson was responsible for all on-site civil design works including site servicing, site grading, storm water management, extensive erosion and sediment control plans, including treatment for the construction of 52-unit housing complex. In addition to the design, Lawson provided our client with full tendering and contract administration services, construction inspection and record documentation for all civil aspects of this project. This project was completed in partnership with BC Housing, the City of Burnaby and Horizon North Manufacturing.
