HILLCREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for the Hillcrest Heights 32 lot subdivision within the City limits of Salmon Arm. The subdivision included over 400m of sanitary, storm and water main extensions, full road construction and a comprehensive storm water management system. The design of the subdivision also included various engineering and consulting tasks including conceptual and preliminary planning, City liaisons, topographic survey, test pitting, storm water management design, full construction services, contracting, tendering, contract administration and full record documentation.
