BC HOUSING – TEMPORARY SUPPORTIVE HOUSING – VANCOUVER AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGENCY

Lawson provided civil engineering and consulting services for 10 temporary transitional modular housing projects in Vancouver, BC with sites spread throughout the City. The projects we initiated by VAHA (Vancouver Affordable Housing Association) to ease the homeless housing crisis in Vancouver. Engineering consulting services were provided in 2018/ 2019 by the Lawson team. Lawson was responsible for all on-site civil design works including site servicing, site grading, storm water management and erosion and sediment control plans for the construction of these temporary building sites which often required innovative and unique design considerations. This project was completed in partnership with BC Housing, Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency and Horizon North Manufacturing.
