RAMADA HOTEL – REVELSTOKE, BC

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for a Ramada Hotel in Revelstoke, BC. Engineering consulting services were provided in 2016 / 2017 by the Lawson team. Lawson was responsible for significant on and off-site civil design works in addition to the typical site servicing, site grading, storm water management, erosion and sediment control plans for the construction of this 85 Unit hotel. In addition to the design, Lawson provided our client with topographic survey, construction layout, tendering, contract administration, construction inspection and record documentation for all civil aspects of this project. This project was completed in partnership with Canwest Hotel Ltd. and Horizon North teams.
