NEWLANDS ROAD SUBDIVISION

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for this urban 38 lot mixed-use subdivision within the City limits of City of Revelstoke. The subdivision included approximately 450m of sanitary and 350m of water main extensions/installations, community sanitary lift station, sanitary forcemains, full road construction and a comprehensive storm water management plan. The design of the subdivision also included various engineering and consulting tasks including feasibility analysis, conceptual and preliminary planning, City liaisons, topographic survey, storm water management design, full construction services, contracting, tendering, contract administration and full record documentation.
