CHERRYWOODE SUBDIVISION

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for this urban 32 lot subdivision within the City limits of Salmon Arm. The subdivision included approximately 400m of sanitary and storm and 290m of water main extensions, full road construction and a comprehensive storm water management plan. The design of the subdivision also included various engineering and consulting tasks including feasibility analysis, conceptual and preliminary planning, City liaisons, storm water management design, full construction services, contracting, tendering, contract administration and full record documentation.
