BC HOUSING – SUPPORTIVE HOUSING APARTMENTS – RICHMOND, BC

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for a 52-unit supportive housing apartment in Richmond, BC that was completed in April 2019. Engineering consulting services were provided in 2018/ 2019 by the Lawson team. Lawson was responsible for all on-site civil design works including site servicing, site grading, storm water management for the construction of the temporary 52-unit housing complex. In addition to the design, Lawson provided our client with tendering and contract administration support, construction inspection and record documentation for all civil aspects of this project. This project was completed in partnership with BC Housing and Horizon North Manufacturing.
