FAIRFIELD MARRIOT HOTEL – PENTICTON, BC

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for a Fairfield Marriott Hotel in Penticton, BC. Engineering consulting services were provided in 2018/2019 and ongoing by the Lawson team. Lawson was responsible for all on-site civil design works including site servicing, site grading, storm water management, erosion and sediment control plans for the construction of this 90 Unit hotel. In addition to the design, Lawson provided our client with topographic survey, tendering, contract administration, construction inspection and record documentation for all civil aspects of this project. This project was completed in partnership with Mundi Hotels Enterprises Inc.
