PARKS EDGE SUBDIVISION

Lawson provided full civil engineering and consulting services for this urban 24 lot subdivision within the City limits of Salmon Arm. The subdivision included approximately 360m of sanitary, storm and water main extensions, full road construction and a comprehensive storm water management plan. The design of the subdivision also included various engineering and consulting tasks including feasibility analysis, conceptual and preliminary planning, City liaisons, marketing material, topographic survey, storm water management design, full construction services, contracting, tendering, contract administration and full record documentation.
